Venus Fly Trap "AKAI RYU" / Red Dragon

Plants will have 5-10 open traps.

"Akai Ryu" or Red Dragon is a beautifully colored variety of Venus Flytrap. First introduced by the Atlanta Botanical Gardens and developed by Ron Gagliardo.
Traps are a deep burgundy as well as the stems and will keep their coloration given proper sunlight, sometimes even showing a purplish tint. They prefer bright well lit areas such as a window sill if kept indoors or bright indirect sunlight outdoors.

Plants will be shipped potted in 3 inch pots and are currently 3 inches across and will grow to approximately 6 inches tall with large traps and long teeth.
